I take great pride in this preset, hope everyone enjoys it. I don't know about speed, it works great on my computer (which is pretty new). I tried to limit some things to make sure it works everywhere.

Really good! Great design.
I like it more with a medium blur at end.
Check also setting the effectlist to "clear every frame"
And it is fast enough
